Any update of content requested by the client. Tickets and tasks raised by the client which are bugs relating to the current version of the website, this might include spelling or vocabulary updates, layout issues on specific devices and general updates of terminology .
Design and development is assumed to have occurred or in progress at the initiation of the contract.
After the deployment of the website there might be scope to manage the website and provide technical support as well as update content on a regular basis, we offer a fee based on thresholds. Any bugs which are on the website which have not been introduced by the client are always free of charge.
Third party plugin issues such as payment gateways and email support are not considered as maintenance issues but rather technical support.
For any quick changes that are spotted and need attending to , including bug fixes, layout issues, data or script issues that need fixing, adding redirects and fixing server issues like 404s and 500 errors. For simple changes which can take place and be requested by the client. £15 per request

These are a list items we also support and provide as part of the development services which are available as services but need advanced development parameters also will be discussed as add ons for each project due to the need for API integrations and legal thresholds like GDPR issues and personal information.
